What are your shipping options and costs?

We provide standard ground shipping via UPS for a flat rate charge of $9.95 and all orders are eligible for free shipping on orders over $200.   We do not offer expedited shipping for Wholesale Customers on the website but If you would like your order to arrive sooner, please write us at customerservice@dreamdaisy.com or call (800) 652-8640 and we can quote you options like UPS Next Day Air Saver or UPS Two Day.

All Wholesale orders will ship UPS so as to provide a Proof of Delivery so that we know you have received your product and so that you have a record of the receipt for your files.
 

What are your payment options? Credit Card (Visa/MC/Amex/Discover), Check, Money Order, 30 Day Terms (for Approved Wholesale Customers)

What do I need to have to become a wholesale customer? 

Simply fax or email us a copy of your Reseller Permit or Sales Tax Exemption License and we’ll e-mail or call you with details about our various offers and promotions.  As a reseller, you will be able to access an online account allowing you to place orders 24 hours per day.  By giving us a copy of your Reseller Permit or Sales Tax Exemption License, you'll also enjoy an introductory order discount of 15% off of the entire order and become elegible to receive volume discounts in addition to the standard wholesale pricing you see on the website. 

NOTE: For all accounts in Arizona we have to charge Arizona State Sales Tax unless we have a copy of your Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) License on file.  If you place an order online without providing us your Transaction Privilege Tax License we will need to contact you for it.  If you do not provide the a copy of the TPT License and still wish to purchase products, we will have to charge you Arizona State Sales Tax at the rate of 7.95%.
